Returns & Exchanges

At Curator SF, we want you to love your ethically made garments, but if a fit isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the fabric is in its original, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
